In this project, I have been able to learn the importance of considering the experience as a whole, not just completing a specific task. Users demand a full solution with good value content and useful features framed in an organised and well-functioning structure.
This was the goal of renewing, organizing and hierarchizing the information, giving it a renewed appearance, the product improves from being a simple information and ticketing platform to a tool where the user can have a more complete experience and satisfy other needs. All this could turn into an increase in the revenue of the business by making the membership much more attractive to the users.
